At what age should my child have their first visit?
The Canadian Dental Association recommends the first visit by age 1 or when the first tooth appears. These visits are short and playful — mostly about getting comfortable with the chair.
Do you bill both parents' insurance?
Yes — we coordinate dual-insurance (co-ordination of benefits) so your family gets maximum coverage with zero hassle.
My child is nervous — how do you handle it?
We use kid-friendly language, plenty of time, and never force anything. Nitrous oxide ("happy gas") is available for older kids and adults who need a little extra help relaxing.
